Growing up, I always struggled with my weight and my relationship to health and fitness. I set out on my own fitness journey because I wanted to reframe my sense of self, develop confidence, and celebrate what my body is capable of.
After losing 70 lbs and learning how to integrate my goals into my lifestyle, I have found a deep passion for helping other people make their goals a reality. Whether that be losing weight, putting on more muscle, or working through body recomposition, I’ve done it all and I can’t wait to help you on your own journey!
